High-pressure transfer of sanitary sewage in residential networks is the specialized role of this automatic macerator. It targets pressure sewer applications where wastewater containing fibrous matter must be ground and shifted through small-diameter piping. The robust industrial design ensures it remains a dependable utility for biological wastewater systems requiring high lifting force and reliable solids reduction.

Delivering massive hydraulic pressure, the 1.1 kW / 240v motor operates at a rated current of 10.7 Amps. It reaches an exceptional maximum head of 90 m while achieving a flow of 50 L/Min, based on technical specifications. The 4-pole induction motor is designed for intermittent duty, maintaining high operational torque when reducing solids in suspension during active sewer evacuation.

Solids management is conducted by a high carbon martensitic stainless steel macerating ring and a specialized screw rotor assembly. This configuration grinds small particles and fibrous matter into a fine slurry to prevent clogs in the high-pressure discharge lines. The elastomer stator and stainless rotor work in tandem to provide positive displacement performance during intensive grinding cycles.

Structural durability features a heavy-duty cast iron body and motor housing protected by an industrial coating for corrosion resistance. Internal protection uses Silicon Carbide/Silicon Carbide mechanical seals and Class B motor insulation rated for IP68 service. The 40kg unit is supplied with a 9.5m power lead and includes an integrated float switch for automatic oversight of sewage levels.

    FEATURES

    • Stainless steel screw rotor and elastomer stator provide reliable positive displacement performance.
    • High carbon martensitic stainless steel macerating ring effectively reduces fibrous solids and sewage.
    • Exceptional 90m maximum head capability facilitates high-pressure sewage transfer to sewer mains.
    • Automatic float switch enables unattended operation and protects the motor from dry-running.
    • Rugged cast iron hydraulic housing and motor casing ensure durability in aggressive sewage duty.
    • Silicon Carbide mechanical seals provide a high-integrity barrier against moisture ingress to the motor.
    • In-built thermal overload protection safeguards internal windings from accidental over-temperature.
    • High-torque 4-pole induction motor sustains the power needed for intensive macerating assignments.
