At Foundation Pumps, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a straightforward returns process.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

All returns must be sent at the buyer’s expense to our nominated return address.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply in the following circumstances:

  • Special order or non-stocked items
  • Items ordered specifically for a customer request
  • Large or bulky items requiring additional handling

Restocking fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Items that are damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Electrical products that have been connected or powered
  • Custom-built or made-to-order systems
  • Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once assessed, we will:

Arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
