The Grundfos Hydro MPC-E range consists of advanced variable speed booster pump systems designed for reliable constant pressure water supply in commercial, industrial and large-scale applications. Combining multiple Grundfos CRIE or CRNE vertical multistage pumps with intelligent centralised control, Hydro MPC-E systems automatically adapt pump performance as water demand changes.
Each system uses frequency-controlled high-efficiency permanent magnet motors, allowing individual pump speeds to be continuously adjusted to maintain the required system pressure. Pumps are automatically staged in and out according to demand, helping provide consistent pressure while reducing unnecessary energy consumption during periods of lower water usage.
At the centre of the Hydro MPC-E system is the advanced Grundfos GENIECON controller, featuring an intuitive 10-inch touchscreen interface for system monitoring and control. Intelligent multi-pump management provides automatic pump changeover based on load, operating time and fault conditions, while integrated protection features include dry-running protection through inlet pressure monitoring.
Hydro MPC-E booster systems are supplied as complete packaged solutions with stainless steel manifolds, non-return valves, isolation valves, pressure sensors/transmitters, pressure gauge and common base frame. Systems are preconfigured and factory tested to simplify installation and commissioning.
