The Grundfos Hydro Multi-E range consists of intelligent variable speed booster pump systems designed to provide reliable constant water pressure across commercial, residential and industrial applications. Combining multiple Grundfos CRE or CRNE vertical multistage pumps operating in parallel, Hydro Multi-E systems automatically adapt their performance as water demand changes.
Each system uses integrated variable speed control to continuously adjust pump speed and automatically stage additional pumps when required. This allows the booster set to maintain consistent pressure during changing flow conditions while reducing unnecessary energy consumption during periods of lower demand.
Hydro Multi-E booster sets feature Multi-Master technology, allowing individual pumps within the system to communicate and share control responsibilities without relying on a conventional central system controller. Depending on the model and configuration, systems can incorporate pressure transmitters, non-return valves, isolation valves, stainless steel manifolds, diaphragm pressure tanks and advanced monitoring and protection functions.
