Designed for versatile water supply and pressure applications, the Bianco FERRO60CORE is a surface-mounted jet pump capable of drawing water from below ground level using its internal venturi system. It operates effectively in domestic installations as well as light irrigation and water transfer setups.
The pump delivers up to 58 L/Min flow with a maximum head of 45 metres, providing reliable pressure for household supply, washing systems, and boosting low-pressure water sources.
Constructed with a cast iron pump body, the unit is engineered for strength and durability. Internally, composite impellers and diffusers support efficient hydraulic performance, while a silicon carbide and carbon mechanical seal ensures dependable sealing under continuous operation.
Automatic functionality is handled by the integrated NXT CORE controller, which is pre-set to start when pressure drops below 2.2 bar. It also allows user adjustment of start pressure and includes dry-run protection along with automatic restart after power or water loss.
The pump is powered by a 0.6 kW single-phase asynchronous TEFC motor operating on 220–240V. It includes inbuilt thermal overload protection, F-class insulation, and an IP45 protection rating for safe and reliable operation.
Suitable for liquid temperatures from 2°C to 40°C, the system operates at a maximum pressure of 8 bar for the pump and 10 bar for the controller. It is supplied prewired with a 1.5 m cable and standard plug, allowing straightforward installation.
