The Bianco PTF37CORE peripheral turbine pump is engineered for clean water applications where high pressure is required at lower flow rates. It performs effectively in systems with flooded suction and is commonly used across domestic pressure setups, gardening tasks, and industrial processes such as circulation and boiler feed.
With a maximum head of 40 metres and a flow capacity of up to 40 L/Min, the pump is suited to installations where pressure delivery is more critical than volume output. This makes it a practical solution for controlled transfer and pressurisation duties.
Its construction combines a cast iron pump body with a corrosion-resistant cataphoresis coating, providing strength and protection in demanding environments. The hydraulic performance is supported by a bronze impeller, while sealing is handled through a carbon, ceramic, and nitrile mechanical seal arrangement.
Operation is powered by a 0.37 kW single-phase motor running on 230V. The close-coupled TEFC motor includes auto-reset thermal overload protection, along with IP44 protection and F-class insulation to ensure stable and safe operation.
The integrated NXT CORE controller allows the pump to function automatically, offering adjustable start pressure along with built-in dry-run protection and automatic restart capability to safeguard the system during operation.
Designed for working conditions up to 40°C liquid temperature and a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar, the unit is equipped with 1" BSPF inlet and outlet ports for standard connection compatibility.
