Product Overview

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the Lowara CA 120/33N V is a twin-impeller centrifugal pump designed for processes requiring exceptional chemical resistance. Its primary application focuses on industrial washing systems, chlorine dispensing within swimming pool maintenance, and the handling of demineralized water in reverse osmosis setups.

The unit delivers flow rates reaching approximately 150 L/Min, supported by a maximum head performance of approximately 39.1 metres. Operating with a 1.1 kW motor, this pump provides the consistent pressure required for complex circulation and liquid handling tasks across agricultural and industrial sectors.

Construction relies on high-grade AISI 316L stainless steel for both the pump body and the enclosed twin-impeller design. It integrates FPM seals to ensure compatibility with chemically aggressive liquids and higher temperature fluids, operating reliably up to 110°C, supported by an asynchronous motor with external ventilation.

Designed for streamlined integration, the pump features threaded suction and discharge ports measuring 32 mm and 25 mm respectively. The close-coupled configuration is supported by a mounting pedestal on the motor, with condensate drain plugs included as standard to accommodate various installation environments.

Features:

  • AISI 316L stainless steel impeller and hydraulic housing
  • FPM elastomer seals for aggressive chemical resistance
  • Close-coupled design for installation in compact spaces
  • Suitable for high-temperature fluid circulation up to 110°C
  • IP55 rated motor with external fan cooling
  • Integrated condensate drainage system
  • Capable of handling demineralized and thermal waters

What maximum flow volume does this twin-impeller water distribution pump discharge across piping?

Discharge piping connections on the CA120/33N-V utilize Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge ports, outputting a peak flow volume of approximately 150 L/Min.

Which stainless alloy metallurgy is engineered into the casing and impellers to prevent fluid corrosion?

Chemical resilience and corrosion durability are provided by alloy metallurgy materials in the CA120-33N-V, featuring AISI 316L stainless steel casing and dual impellers, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers to resist fluid attack across -10°C to +110°C up to 8 bar (PN 8).

What electrical power draw and three-phase supply voltage run this water distribution pump?

Three-phase electrical input for the CA 120 33N V is rated at 1.1 kW on a 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase grid at 2.71 A, protected by an IP55 dust and water spray protection, Class F insulation.

How should this twin-impeller water distribution pump be positioned on a solid horizontal base?

Surface mounting on a rigid horizontal foundation base with proper drainage is specified for the CA_120_33N_V, utilizing its integrated dual-impeller architecture.

What dynamic elevation head can this twin-impeller water distribution pump attain?

Developing high vertical elevation pressure, the CA120/33N-V achieves a peak dynamic head rating of approximately 44.3 m under full load.
