Product Overview
Engineered for demanding industrial and civil environments, this twin-impeller pump provides a reliable solution for applications requiring high-flow performance and chemical resilience. It is frequently employed in industrial washing systems, reverse osmosis water treatment, and specialized agricultural circulation tasks where handled liquids may present moderate aggressiveness.
The unit provides substantial fluid movement, delivering flow rates up to approximately 150 L/Min with a maximum head performance of approximately 39.1 metres. Driven by a high-efficiency 1.1 kW (1.67 kW max input) single-phase motor, this pump is optimized for continuous operational demands while maintaining stable hydraulic output.
Construction centers on AISI 316L stainless steel for all wetted components, ensuring resistance to corrosion and compatibility with various chemical processes. The design incorporates an enclosed twin-impeller configuration and professional-grade FPM seals, minimizing the risk of internal leakage and enhancing the longevity of the assembly in demanding duty cycles.
Installation is simplified through standard threaded connections, featuring a 32 mm inlet and 25 mm outlet. The pump includes integrated motor protection and external cooling ventilation to assist with thermal management during operation, allowing for seamless integration into existing liquid transfer or washing infrastructure.
Features:
- AISI 316L stainless steel pump body and hydraulics
- FPM elastomer seals for increased chemical resistance
- Close-coupled design with external motor ventilation
- Suitable for reverse osmosis and industrial washing cycles
- Equipped with condensate drain plugs as standard
- Integrated automatic reset thermal overload protection

What electrical power and single-phase supply voltage drive this dual-impeller unit?
Operating the motor on the CAM120/33N-V demands a 1.1 kW electrical feed on 220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase at 7.53 A, featuring IP55 weatherproof motor enclosure with automatic thermal overload protection.
How should this twin-impeller centrifugal pump be anchored on a solid horizontal foundation?
Vibration-free operation is maintained by securing the CAM120-33N-V to a solid horizontal floor with an integrated foundation and proper drainage.
What maximum elevation head can this twin-impeller booster pump achieve?
Twin-stage hydraulic impellers allow the CAM 120 33N V to reach a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 44.3 m.
What maximum water discharge does this dual-stage centrifugal pump provide across piping?
High-pressure liquid delivery is maintained by the CAM_120_33N_V, outputting a peak flow volume of approximately 150 L/Min via Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge ports.
Which stainless alloy materials and elastomer seals are engineered into this twin-impeller pump?
Superior metallurgical endurance against fluid corrosion relies on alloy materials in the CAM120/33N-V, featuring AISI 316L stainless steel casing and twin impellers, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers, accommodating temperatures from -10°C to +110°C.
