Product Overview

Engineered for applications requiring consistent water movement, this twin-impeller pump is built to support agricultural irrigation systems, industrial wash processes, and general water distribution. Its design allows for handling fluids in settings where stainless steel construction is necessary for material compatibility and longevity.

The unit offers a maximum flow rate of approximately 210 L/Min with maximum head performance reaching approximately 41.8 metres. Designed for consistent operation, the pump utilizes a high-efficiency 1.85 kW / 240v motor to manage demanding workloads while maintaining structural integrity in varied operational environments.

This model features an AISI 316L stainless steel hydraulic construction, specifically chosen for its resistance to corrosion in more challenging water conditions. The close-coupled arrangement is supported by an enclosed twin-impeller system, ensuring steady pressure generation and efficient liquid circulation across both civil and industrial sectors.

Installation is facilitated by threaded inlet and outlet ports, sized at 40mm and 25mm respectively, allowing for direct integration into existing pipework. The inclusion of FPM elastomer seals and a robust mounting pedestal provides a platform for stable, continuous use, with condensate drain plugs included as standard to assist in maintenance procedures.

Features:

  • AISI 316L stainless steel pump body and impeller construction
  • FPM seals for enhanced compatibility with aggressive liquids
  • Close-coupled design for compact installation
  • Integrated condensate drain plugs for simplified maintenance
  • IP55 protection rated for dust and water resistance
  • Asynchronous squirrel cage motor with external ventilation
  • Configured for 240v single-phase electrical supply

What peak flow volume can this dual-impeller process pump deliver through its discharge outlet?

Discharge piping connections on the CAM200/33N-V utilize Rp 1-1/2" (40 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge ports, outputting a peak flow volume of approximately 210 L/Min.

How does the stainless alloy construction of the dual impellers defend against chemical attack?

Chemical resilience and corrosion durability are provided by alloy metallurgy materials in the CAM200-33N-V, featuring AISI 316L stainless steel casing and dual impellers, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers to resist fluid attack across -10°C to +110°C up to 8 bar (PN 8).

What motor kilowatt power and electrical supply voltage are required for this dual-impeller unit?

Electrical connection for the CAM 200 33N V specifies a 1.85 kW motor configuration on 220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase with a rated draw of 10.4 A, built with IP55 dust and water spray protection, Class F insulation.

What horizontal mounting guidelines apply to this dual-impeller unit with its integrated base?

Surface mounting on a rigid horizontal foundation base with proper drainage is specified for the CAM_200_33N_V, utilizing its integrated dual-impeller architecture.

What peak dynamic head is generated by this twin-impeller centrifugal pump for process water?

Developing high vertical elevation pressure, the CAM200/33N-V achieves a peak dynamic head rating of approximately 43.2 m under full load.
