Product Overview
Engineered for demanding industrial and civil environments, this twin-impeller centrifugal pump provides reliable fluid movement for systems requiring high-pressure handling. It is primarily suited for applications involving reverse osmosis, industrial washing processes, thermal water circulation, and precision chemical dispensing in commercial settings.
The unit generates high-performance flow rates reaching approximately 210 L/Min, while maintaining head performance up to approximately 52.4 metres at optimal operating points. Powered by a robust 2.2 kW single-phase motor, the pump ensures consistent output across continuous duty cycles for sustained operational stability.
Built with AISI 316L stainless steel hydraulic components and a twin-impeller configuration, the design optimizes hydraulic efficiency while resisting light chemical aggression. The inclusion of high-grade FPM seals ensures compatibility with diverse liquid temperatures, enhancing the long-term integrity of the internal assembly in aggressive processing environments.
Installation is streamlined through the close-coupled design and standardized 40mm inlet and 25mm outlet threaded connections. The motor is encased in an IP55-rated housing with external ventilation and built-in condensate drainage, providing the necessary protection for diverse mounting orientations within technical plant rooms or manufacturing facilities.
Features:
- Integrated AISI 316L stainless steel closed twin-impeller assembly
- FPM elastomer seals for compatibility with challenging fluids
- High-efficiency asynchronous motor with 2.2 kW output
- Back pull-out design for simplified technical maintenance
- Corrosion-resistant construction suitable for demineralized water handling
- IP55 environmental protection class for motor longevity
- Threaded port design conforming to Rp ISO 7 standards

Which metallurgical materials and elastomer seals prevent fluid corrosion across the hydraulic passages?
Dual-impeller hydraulic longevity against corrosion is sustained through alloy metallurgy materials in the CAM200/35N-V, featuring AISI 316L stainless steel casing and dual impellers, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers for aggressive fluids between -10°C to +110°C.
What single-phase supply voltage and electrical current draw operate this twin-impeller pump?
Operating the motor on the CAM200-35N-V requires a 2.2 kW electrical feed on 220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase drawing 12.6 A, built with IP55 dust and water spray protection, Class F insulation.
How should this twin-impeller pump be secured on a horizontal foundation to prevent backflow?
Positioning in dry, ventilated utility spaces is specified for the CAM 200 35N V, bolted securely to a level horizontal concrete foundation with integrated drainage.
What maximum dynamic elevation head can this dual-impeller circulation pump attain?
Elevating fluids through steep industrial piping, the CAM_200_35N_V attains a maximum dynamic head performance of approximately 53.5 m.
What water flow rate and pipe connection threads are engineered into this twin-impeller circulation unit?
Industrial water distribution tasks rely on the CAM200/35N-V, which produces a maximum delivery flow of approximately 210 L/Min across its Rp 1-1/2" (40 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge threads.
