Product Overview

The Lowara CAM 70/33N V is a specialized twin-impeller centrifugal pump designed for industrial and agricultural environments where high-grade material resistance is required. This model is particularly suited for handling demineralized water in reverse osmosis systems, industrial washing applications, and thermal water circulation where standard pumps might struggle with material fatigue.

Built for consistent fluid movement, this unit achieves a flow rate of up to approximately 80 L/Min with maximum head performance reaching approximately 38.8 metres. The pump is driven by a 0.75 kW single-phase motor, delivering a maximum power draw of 1.15 kW at 240v, ensuring reliable pressure for demanding circulation tasks across varying operational intervals.

Engineered with AISI 316L stainless steel wetted parts, the pump utilizes an enclosed twin-impeller design that promotes hydraulic precision. The inclusion of FPM seals and high-grade stainless components enables the unit to operate effectively across a broad temperature range of -10°C to +110°C, providing stability when dealing with chemically complex or heated liquids.

Installation is simplified through 32mm suction and 25mm outlet connections. The pump features a close-coupled architecture with external ventilation and an IP55 protection rating. For safety during operation, the single-phase motor is equipped with built-in automatic reset thermal overload protection, ensuring longevity and protection against unforeseen electrical anomalies.

Features:

  • AISI 316L stainless steel hydraulic assembly for chemical resistance
  • FPM elastomer seals supporting temperatures up to 110°C
  • Built-in automatic thermal overload protection
  • Close-coupled design for compact mounting configurations
  • Standardized condensate drain plugs for maintenance ease
  • Resilient asynchronous motor with external fan cooling

What maximum dynamic elevation head do the dual impellers of this pump produce?

Operating with dual opposing impellers, the CAM70/33N-V produces a maximum dynamic head of approximately 42.9 m to overcome steep elevation rises.

What maximum delivery flow and suction discharge port sizes apply to this twin-impeller pump?

Dual-impeller volume transfer is powered by the CAM70-33N-V, generating a maximum flow rate of approximately 80 L/Min through Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge connections.

What metallurgy and seal materials are utilized in this twin-impeller centrifugal pump to prevent corrosion?

Chemical resilience and corrosion durability are provided by alloy metallurgy materials in the CAM 70 33N V, featuring AISI 316L stainless steel casing and twin impellers, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers to resist fluid attack across -10°C to +110°C up to 8 bar (PN 8).

What electrical power and single-phase supply voltage run this twin-impeller pump?

Powering the CAM_70_33N_V requires a 0.75 kW motor supplied by 220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase, drawing a nominal current of 5.16 A with IP55 weatherproof motor enclosure with automatic thermal overload protection.

How do the dual impellers balance thrust when this unit is secured on a horizontal base?

Dual opposing impellers in the CAM70/33N-V balance hydraulic thrust when mounted on a rigid horizontal foundation base with an integrated setup and drainage.
