Product Overview

Engineered for versatility across civil and industrial sectors, this twin-impeller centrifugal pump provides reliable fluid movement for applications such as industrial washing, reverse osmosis systems, and thermal water handling. Its design prioritizes compatibility with chemically aggressive liquids, making it a suitable choice for environments requiring high-grade material stability.

The unit delivers flow rates up to approximately 80 L/Min, supported by a maximum head performance of approximately 45.1 metres. Powered by a robust 1.39 kW motor, it ensures consistent output for professional cleaning and water distribution systems that demand efficiency under continuous operation.

Construction focuses on long-term durability using AISI 316L stainless steel for wetted parts, including the enclosed twin-impeller design. This material selection offers resistance against corrosion and wear when managing demineralized water or specialized industrial fluids, while the close-coupled pump architecture simplifies installation and maintenance.

Designed for standard 240v power supplies, the pump includes built-in automatic reset thermal overload protection for safe operational management. Plumbing connections are configured with a 32 mm inlet and a 25 mm outlet, facilitating integration into fixed piping systems with reliable mechanical sealing and FPM elastomer components.

Features:

  • AISI 316L stainless steel hydraulic construction
  • Close-coupled motor and pump configuration
  • Enclosed twin-impeller design for stable output
  • Suitable for aggressive liquid handling
  • Integrated automatic reset overload protection
  • FPM seals for enhanced chemical resistance
  • IP55 protection class for motor shielding

What peak water flow rate can this dual-impeller centrifugal pump deliver through its outlet?

Discharge piping connections on the CAM70/34N-V utilize Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) suction and Rp 1" (25 mm) discharge ports, delivering a peak flow volume of approximately 80 L/Min.

How do the dual stainless alloy materials and specialized elastomers resist fluid corrosion?

Corrosion defense in demanding industrial circuits is assured by alloy metallurgy materials in the CAM70-34N-V, featuring AISI 316L stainless steel casing and twin impellers, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers, rated for fluid temperatures across -10°C to +110°C.

What motor kilowatt rating and single-phase electrical power are required for this unit?

Electrical input for the CAM 70 34N V specifies a 0.9 kW drive running on 220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase pulling 6.22 A, built with IP55 weatherproof motor enclosure with automatic thermal overload protection.

Where should this twin-impeller pump be installed on a horizontal foundation base?

Surface mounting on a rigid horizontal foundation base with proper drainage is specified for the CAM_70_34N_V, utilizing its integrated dual-impeller architecture.

What peak dynamic head is achieved by this twin-impeller centrifugal pump?

Developing high vertical elevation pressure, the CAM70/34N-V achieves a peak dynamic head rating of approximately 48.8 m under full load.
