Product Overview

The Lowara CEA 210/4V is a professional-grade centrifugal pump engineered for industrial water handling, irrigation systems, and general fluid transfer duties. This unit is built to manage clean water with precision, ensuring consistent pressure for demanding environments where reliability and long-term service are essential.

Equipped with an advanced hydraulic configuration, this pump achieves a maximum flow rate of approximately 300 L/Min and head performance reaching approximately 24.8 metres. The internal architecture is optimized to maintain high efficiency across various operational conditions while handling liquid temperatures between -10°C and +110°C, thanks to its specialized FPM seal configuration.

Construction relies on high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel for the casing and the enclosed impeller design. The close-coupled arrangement is driven by a powerful three-phase, two-pole asynchronous motor featuring IP55 protection for operational integrity in diverse installation settings. Its external ventilation ensures sustained performance during continuous duty cycles.

Designed for streamlined plumbing integration, the pump features a 40mm inlet and a 32mm outlet. The compact, stainless steel design minimizes footprint while ensuring that all fluid-contact components resist oxidation. It is essential to ensure external thermal overload protection is integrated during installation to maintain optimal safety standards.

Features:

  • Constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel for longevity
  • FPM seal version optimized for expanded temperature range
  • Close-coupled architecture for compact mounting
  • Three-phase asynchronous motor with IP55 environmental protection
  • Enclosed impeller profile for efficient energy transfer
  • Threaded suction and discharge connections for rapid integration
  • Suitable for continuous operational cycles

What horizontal surface mounting guidelines apply to this industrial unit in plant rooms?

Stable service in equipment rooms is delivered by anchoring the CEA210/4V to a horizontal concrete base with an integrated design and perimeter drainage.

What dynamic elevation head does this commercial circulation pump maintain?

Under demanding circulation cycles, the CEA210-4V reaches a maximum dynamic head performance of approximately 25.5 m.

What maximum flow volume does this close-coupled unit discharge across piping?

Water movement through facility loops is driven by the CEA 210 4V, yielding a maximum flow rate of approximately 250 L/Min through Rp 1-1/2" (40 mm) suction and Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) discharge ports.

How does the stainless alloy construction protect the casing against corrosive chemical attack?

Superior metallurgical and sealing resilience against corrosion is provided by alloy materials in the CEA_210_4V, featuring AISI 304 stainless steel casing and closed impeller, with specialized FPM (Viton) elastomers, rated from -10°C to +110°C.

What electrical power and three-phase supply voltage operate this commercial pump?

Driving the rotating assembly of the CEA210/4V relies on a 1.5 kW motor on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 3.15 A, featuring IP55 weatherproof motor enclosure, Class F insulation.
