Product Overview

Deployed primarily for heavy-scale industrial water supply, this single stage centrifugal pump addresses the rigorous requirements of clear water routing. It effortlessly processes mildly aggressive fluids, ensuring that strict operational parameters are maintained across large manufacturing setups and commercial utility systems.

The performance curve documents a Max Flow scaling to approximately 432 L/Min, combined with a Max Head of approximately 64.8 m. The electrical architecture demands a 415v three-phase supply, drawing 14.0 Amps to operate the 7.5 kW drive. Fluid enters via a 50 mm flanged suction port and exits through a 32 mm discharge port.

Circulation characteristics are managed by a single-stage horizontal hydraulic layout. The mechanical assembly utilizes a stub shaft bracket that directly keys the enclosed drive to the precisely machined impeller. This arrangement guarantees rotational balance, mitigating radial vibration across extended industrial usage periods.

Operational longevity is established by machining all wetted elements from AISI 316 stainless steel to prevent material degradation. Environmental and fluid protection is managed by an FKM elastomer and Ceramic/Carbon mechanical seal configuration. Thermal endurance allows the safe handling of liquids from -10 °C up to +120 °C, backed by an IP55 electrical enclosure.

Which electrical motor specifications and supply voltage current draw power this stainless steel end-suction centrifugal pump?

Equipped by commercial electrical feeds, the ESHS32-250/75 relies on an electric motor rated at 7.5 kW (10.0 HP) energized via 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 14.0 A.

What operating pressure rating in bar and fluid temperature tolerances are certified on this stainless steel end-suction centrifugal pump?

Withstanding under certified hydraulic pressure, the ESHS32-250-75 sustains a maximum working pressure boundary of 12 bar (PN 12) and operating temperatures from -10°C to +120°C.

When lifting liquid through risers, what dynamic elevation head does this stainless steel end-suction centrifugal pump produce?

Developing across vertical pipe runs, the ESHS32 250 75 reaches a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 64.8 m across vertical runs.

For plumbing network integration, what connection sizing and maximum flow volume apply to this stainless steel end-suction centrifugal pump?

Distributing across connected plumbing lines, the ESHS32_250_75 delivers a peak volumetric flow of approximately 432 L/Min via connected DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge flanged ports.

In facility water operations, what metallurgy profile and mechanical seals defend this stainless steel end-suction centrifugal pump against corrosion?

Fortified with alloy metallurgy components, the ESHS32-250/75 employs alloy construction of AISI 316 stainless steel pump casing, diffusers, and closed impellers with mechanical face seals to guard against chemical attack and corrosion.
