Product Overview
Engineered to combat thermal loads in commercial operations, the Lowara NSCS32-160/30 delivers consistent fluid volume for expansive cooling applications. Its structural rigidity supports non-stop liquid processing across demanding industrial environments.
Drawing from a robust 3.0 kW / 415v three-phase electrical motor, this pump processes a maximum flow of approximately 528 L/Min alongside an elevated maximum head of approximately 29.5 m. Connecting safely to system pipework, it utilizes a 50 mm inlet and a 32 mm outlet.
Fluid movement is managed through a highly optimized centrifugal volute that maintains output precision. The closed impeller geometry directly enhances volumetric retention, ensuring minimal internal friction and a highly stable pressure delivery curve.
Built around a specialized stub shaft coupling, it integrates a durable Cast Iron casing with an inherently corrosion-resistant Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller. This design comfortably accommodates harsh liquid temperatures up to +120 °C and utilizes IP55 motor sealing.

How much fluid volume per minute does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump transfer through its outlet ports?
Supplying through primary discharge ports, the NSCS32-160/30 maintains a maximum delivery flow volume of approximately 528 L/Min across DN 50 suction and DN 32 discharge flanged ports.
In terms of alloy metallurgy, what casing materials and mechanical seals protect this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump against corrosion?
Constructed for aggressive liquid service, the NSCS32-160-30 incorporates alloy metallurgy of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers and precision mechanical seals to guard against corrosion.
What electrical supply voltage and motor power kilowatt rating are specified for this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Energized from standard electrical distribution, the NSCS32 160 30 utilizes an electric motor rated at 3 kW (4.0 HP) operating on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 11.0 / 6.33 A.
How do the maximum working pressure capability and liquid temperature limits protect this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Rated across commercial fluid lines, the NSCS32_160_30 accommodates a maximum working pressure limit of 16 bar (PN 16) with permissible fluid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
Through its impellers, what peak vertical elevation head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump deliver?
Elevating through tall plumbing risers, the NSCS32-160/30 achieves a peak dynamic head of approximately 29.5 m to propel liquid upward.
