Product Overview

Engineered to facilitate efficient commercial heating and cooling infrastructure, the Lowara NSCS40-125/15 ensures dependable fluid movement for intensive HVAC circulation. The rugged structural frame optimally supports continuous duty operation within multi-level building service environments.

This three-phase unit generates a maximum flow of approximately 588 L/Min and manages a maximum head of approximately 14.7 m. Powered securely by a 1.5 kW / 415v motor, it seamlessly interfaces with high-volume commercial pipework using a 65 mm suction inlet and a 40 mm discharge outlet.

Internal hydraulics are meticulously shaped to preserve steady head pressure even when systemic thermal demands fluctuate. The optimized volute passageway minimizes friction loss, allowing the centrifugal mechanism to process heavy thermal liquid volumes consistently without mechanical strain.

Its structural integrity is reinforced by a Cast Iron exterior and a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller capable of reliably processing fluids up to +120 °C. The unit relies on a specialized stub shaft configuration, providing secure motor alignment and complete IP55 motor protection.

FEATURES

  • Rigid stub shaft bracket with standard motor adapter

What durable alloy metallurgy and mechanical face seal construction are engineered into this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Manufactured against fluid chemical attack, the NSCS40-125/15 relies on alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers paired with mechanical face seals to withstand liquid corrosion.

What electrical kilowatt motor rating and supply voltage current feed are engineered into this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Driven under nominal voltage supply, the NSCS40-125-15 features an electric motor rated at 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) powered by 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with a rating of 5.49 / 3.17 A.

Under rigorous pumping service, what operating pressure capability and temperature limits are sustained by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Certified within approved operating limits, the NSCS40 125 15 maintains a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across fluid operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

Under full rotational speed, what peak dynamic head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump deliver?

Delivering in multi-story elevation loops, the NSCS40_125_15 develops a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 14.7 m to elevate water.

When transferring clean liquid, what peak discharge flow and connection port diameters does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump reach?

Transferring into building service circuits, the NSCS40-125/15 provides a peak fluid flow rate of approximately 588 L/Min connecting via DN 65 suction and DN 40 discharge flanged ports.
