Product Overview

Operating within complex process heating networks, the Lowara NSCS40-160/30 facilitates reliable hot water distribution across commercial facilities. The structural rigidity is tailored to support continuous duty thermal processing without suffering from operational fatigue.

Driven by a highly dependable 3.0 kW / 415v three-phase electrical motor, this system establishes a maximum head of approximately 22.8 m and a maximum flow of approximately 672 L/Min. Integration is completely standardized using a 65 mm inlet and a 40 mm discharge connection.

Hydraulic efficiency is prioritized through an advanced closed impeller arrangement that mitigates destructive turbulence. The precisely engineered passageway sustains balanced circulation characteristics, maintaining an even performance curve against heavy system resistance.

Mechanically secured with a rigid stub shaft adapter, it pairs a rugged Cast Iron casing with an inherently corrosion-resistant Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller. Rated for harsh environments, it processes fluids up to +120 °C and utilizes safe IP55 motor sealing.

FEATURES

  • Rigid stub shaft bracket mounting mechanics
  • Highly durable Cast Iron external casing
  • Premium AISI 316 Stainless Steel fluid handling
  • Fully enclosed IP55 protection class
  • Safe handling of +120 °C thermal liquids
  • Low-vibration operational chassis design

Regarding pipework connections, what suction and discharge port sizes and peak flow apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Outputting across commercial distribution lines, the NSCS40-160/30 achieves a peak delivery flow rate of approximately 672 L/Min across DN 65 suction and DN 40 discharge flanged ports.

What metallurgy standards and mechanical seal materials ensure long-term corrosion resistance in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Machined with resilient metallurgy construction, the NSCS40-160-30 incorporates alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers and mechanical face seals to resist corrosive fluid attack.

What motor kilowatt power rating and electrical line voltage current are required to run this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Operated by industrial electrical lines, the NSCS40 160 30 draws 11.0 / 6.33 A through an electric motor rated at 3 kW (4.0 HP) operating on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase.

For safe long-term duty, what maximum working pressure capability and thermal limits are engineered into this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Sustaining under rigorous operating pressures, the NSCS40_160_30 operates with a maximum working pressure capability of 16 bar (PN 16) across liquid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

In plumbing risers, what peak dynamic elevation head is generated by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Lifting across facility piping systems, the NSCS40-160/30 delivers a maximum dynamic head rating of approximately 22.8 m to elevate fluid.
