Product Overview

Designed to excel in demanding water treatment applications, the Lowara NSCS40-200/55 ensures reliable liquid handling across complex municipal and commercial filtration networks. Its robust architectural framework supports continuous duty service in environments requiring highly stable fluid movement without interruption.

Drawing electrical power from a continuous-duty 5.5 kW / 415v three-phase motor, this system pushes a maximum flow of approximately 672 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of approximately 36.6 m. System integration utilizes standardized metric commercial plumbing, relying on a 65 mm suction port alongside a 40 mm discharge outlet.

Internal fluid dynamics are expertly managed through a precision-crafted centrifugal passageway that prioritizes volumetric consistency. The dynamically balanced closed impeller configuration actively combats destructive internal turbulence, ensuring the unit maintains its output characteristics uniformly across heavy operational loads.

Mechanically secured with a highly rigid stub shaft mounting arrangement, the framework pairs a tough Cast Iron outer casing with a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller. With its IP55 motor protection class and an industrial-grade sealing arrangement, it safely handles extreme liquid temperatures ranging up to +120 °C.

When pushing liquid upward, what dynamic head elevation does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump develop?

Lifting in multi-story elevation loops, the NSCS40-200/55 produces a maximum dynamic head of approximately 36.6 m to lift fluid upward.

Across piping circuits, what delivery flow volume and connection port diameters are sustained by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Outputting into building service circuits, the NSCS40-200-55 delivers a peak delivery flow rate of approximately 672 L/Min discharging through DN 65 suction and DN 40 discharge flanged ports.

To resist corrosive fluid degradation, what alloy metallurgy and mechanical seals are built into this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Machined against fluid chemical attack, the NSCS40 200 55 features alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers with mechanical face seals to resist corrosion and chemical attack.

What electrical motor rating in kilowatts and supply voltage current draw are featured on this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Operated under nominal voltage supply, the NSCS40_200_55 is powered by an electric motor rated at 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) running on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with a current draw of 10.5 / 6.05 A.

How much working pressure in bar and what allowable liquid temperature limits are supported here on this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Sustaining within approved operating limits, the NSCS40-200/55 sustains a maximum working pressure capability of 16 bar (PN 16) across liquid operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
