Product Overview

Built explicitly to overcome severe fluid restrictions in commercial distribution networks, the Lowara NSCS40-250/92 delivers uninterrupted hydraulic power for intense pressure boosting applications. Its heavy-duty engineering sustains consistent high-velocity output vital for maintaining complex building services.

Driven by a substantial 9.2 kW / 415v three-phase electrical motor, this system produces an elevated maximum head of approximately 54.8 m and handles a maximum flow of approximately 672 L/Min. Integration relies completely on standardized metric industrial connections, using a 65 mm suction port and a 40 mm discharge port.

The internal casing geometry is specifically formulated to prevent velocity degradation during high-pressure liquid transfer. By relying on a dynamically balanced closed centrifugal mechanism, it directly minimizes flow recirculation and reduces mechanical strain on connected downstream piping architectures.

Mechanically locked with a highly rigid stub shaft mounting arrangement, the unit relies on a heavily cast Iron structural body and a Fabricated Stainless Steel (AISI 316) impeller. Shielded by an IP55 motor enclosure, it is rated safely to accommodate extreme thermal variations up to +120 °C.

For facility water pumping, what operating pressure limits and allowable fluid temperatures apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Maintaining under rigorous operating pressures, the NSCS40-250/92 provides a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across certified temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

In vertical pipe networks, what peak elevation head is developed by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Pushing across facility piping systems, the NSCS40-250-92 maintains a maximum dynamic head of approximately 54.8 m across vertical piping.

Through its hydraulic outlet, what maximum fluid volume and pipe diameter are delivered by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Circulating across commercial distribution lines, the NSCS40 250 92 outputs a peak liquid flow volume of approximately 672 L/Min through DN 65 suction and DN 40 discharge flanged ports.

How does the corrosion-resistant alloy construction and mechanical seal protect this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Assembled with resilient metallurgy construction, the NSCS40_250_92 utilizes alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers backed by mechanical face seals to prevent fluid corrosion.

What electrical motor power rating and operating voltage current draw are certified on this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Electrified by industrial electrical lines, the NSCS40-250/92 operates via an electric motor rated at 9.2 kW (12.5 HP) on a supply voltage of 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase at 17.2 / 9.95 A.
