Product Overview

Commercial HVAC networks depend on continuous thermal fluid movement to maintain proper climate control. The Lowara NSCS50-125/40 serves as a mechanical driver for heating and air-conditioning circulation, ensuring stable liquid delivery throughout centralized facility systems.

This model provides a maximum flow rate of 1500 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of approximately 20.4 m. The 4.0 kW electric motor operates on a 415v three-phase grid, pulling 7.57 Amps under load. Pipeline integration relies on a 65 mm inlet and a 50 mm outlet flange.

Fluid momentum is guided by a centrifugal profile structured to reduce operational noise while sustaining smooth pressurized distribution. By managing directional water flow, the pump maintains steady velocity even when encountering varying network resistance across multiple building zones.

Formed from fabricated AISI 316 stainless steel, the primary fluid pathways endure thermal shifts from -25°C to +120°C. A cast iron motor adapter bracket and an industrial sealing matrix surround the rotational bearings to minimize friction-induced wear during continuous service.

FEATURES

  • Industrial stub shaft extension aligns the rotating assembly during continuous mechanical strain
  • Standardized extraction mechanics reduce site maintenance durations by keeping fixed pipes in place
  • Flange-ready interfaces ensure integration with standard commercial isolation valves
  • Ergonomic drain plugs facilitate controlled fluid evacuation during system maintenance procedures
  • Class 155 (F) insulation protects the internal copper windings against operating heat generation
  • Interchangeable sealing chamber accommodates various mechanical seals for specific facility fluids
  • Thickened casing walls absorb the hydraulic shocks typical of centralized building grids
