Product Overview
Industrial process cooling systems require stable liquid circulation to regulate equipment temperatures. By installing the Lowara NSCS50-125/55 end-suction unit, manufacturing facilities can equip their thermal exchange circuits with a practical high-volume fluid transport solution.
Performance specifications highlight a maximum head rating of approximately 25.6 m alongside a peak delivery capacity of 1674 L/Min. Driven by a 5.5 kW electric motor, this unit operates on a 415v three-phase power supply and draws 10.7 Amps. Plumbing connections are sized at 65 mm for suction and 50 mm for discharge.
A precision-cast rotating assembly directs incoming liquid to manage exit acceleration while dampening internal vibration. This end-suction layout balances applied centrifugal forces, which helps keep utility circulation steady regardless of minor fluctuations in system resistance.
Engineered to process liquid environments from -25°C to +120°C, the core wetted elements are constructed using fabricated AISI 316 stainless steel. The external architecture utilizes structural bracing and an enclosed motor shield to protect sensitive electrical components from factory exposure.
FEATURES
- Solidly linked drive extension ensures aligned rotational movement under standard system strain
- Strategic back pull-out architecture minimizes service downtime by isolating the internal rotating elements
- Precision-machined casing cover limits microscopic bypass to maintain target system pressure
- Industrial squirrel cage motor construction supports continuous-duty industrial reliability
- DN65 and DN50 standardized bolting flanges simplify the attachment of expansive commercial pipework
- Precision-welded hydraulic geometry addresses internal cavitation risks during sustained operation
- IP55-rated external enclosure repels airborne moisture and facility dust

In technical water systems, what delivery flow capacity and discharge port dimensions apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Delivering across facility piping networks, the NSCS50-125/55 maintains a maximum delivery flow volume of approximately 1674 L/Min across DN 65 suction and DN 50 discharge flanged ports.
How do the casing alloy and mechanical seal metallurgy guard this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump against fluid corrosion?
Configured with corrosion-resistant alloy materials, the NSCS50-125-55 incorporates alloy metallurgy of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers and precision mechanical seals to guard against corrosion.
Under standard electrical service, what motor kilowatt power rating and line voltage current support this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Supplied by facility power panels, the NSCS50 125 55 utilizes an electric motor rated at 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) operating on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase drawing 10.7 A.
What permissible fluid operating temperature range and maximum working pressure rating are certified on this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Engineered under demanding fluid temperatures, the NSCS50_125_55 accommodates a maximum working pressure limit of 16 bar (PN 16) with permissible fluid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
When elevating water through risers, what peak dynamic head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump sustain?
Overcoming across building service lines, the NSCS50-125/55 achieves a peak dynamic head of approximately 25.6 m to propel liquid upward.
