Product Overview
Water treatment operations require reliable high-volume fluid movement to process utility liquids efficiently. The Lowara NSCS50-125/75 centrifugal pump functions as a core hydraulic component, ensuring that multi-branch filtration and distribution grids maintain steady pressurization.
The unit demonstrates a maximum flow rate of 1848 L/Min alongside a maximum pressure head of approximately 29.2 m. Electrical power is supplied via a 7.5 kW motor operating on a 415v three-phase grid, drawing 14.2 Amps. Physical pipeline connections measure 65 mm for the inlet and 50 mm for the outlet.
Liquid acceleration is managed by a hydraulic layout structured to limit intake turbulence. Utilizing a closed impeller, the equipment addresses erratic cavitation and establishes a predictable circulation rhythm that supports parallel industrial arrays.
Designed to accommodate thermal environments from -25°C to +120°C, the essential wetted parts are formed from fabricated AISI 316 stainless steel. A reinforced mounting frame and commercial-grade mechanical seal shield the rotational bearings from external particulate and friction wear.
FEATURES
- Rigid stub shaft coupling limits rotational drive deflection during operational load changes
- Service-optimized casing extraction permits immediate internal access while preserving fixed structural pipelines
- Heavy-duty mechanical seal interface blocks process particulate from entering the electrical housing
- Pre-drilled foundational base footings enable vibration-free anchoring to facility concrete floors
- Optimized discharge expansion chamber manages internal fluid friction to promote mechanical efficiency
- Dynamically balanced rotating assembly lowers operational mechanical noise emissions within enclosed spaces
- Elastomer o-rings prevent micro-leaks across varying high-pressure atmospheric conditions

Regarding chemical attack defense, what alloy construction and mechanical seals are featured on this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Configured with resilient metallurgy construction, the NSCS50-125/75 relies on alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers paired with mechanical face seals to withstand liquid corrosion.
What electrical supply voltage and motor kilowatt power rating are engineered into this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Supplied by industrial electrical lines, the NSCS50-125-75 features an electric motor rated at 7.5 kW (10.0 HP) powered by 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with a rating of 14.2 A.
For high-pressure water transfer, what operating pressure boundaries and temperature limits apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Engineered under rigorous operating pressures, the NSCS50 125 75 maintains a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across fluid operating temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
Under maximum hydraulic demand, what dynamic vertical lift head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump provide?
Overcoming across facility piping systems, the NSCS50_125_75 develops a maximum dynamic elevation head of approximately 29.2 m to elevate water.
When supplying fluid lines, what maximum flow volume and connection port diameter are output by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Delivering across commercial distribution lines, the NSCS50-125/75 provides a peak fluid flow rate of approximately 1848 L/Min connecting via DN 65 suction and DN 50 discharge flanged ports.
