Product Overview
Commercial HVAC networks depend on continuous thermal fluid movement to maintain proper climate control. The Lowara NSCS50-160/110 serves as a mechanical driver for heating and air-conditioning circulation, ensuring stable liquid delivery throughout centralized facility systems.
This model provides a maximum flow rate of 1848 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of approximately 42.3 m. The 11.0 kW electric motor operates on a 415v three-phase grid, pulling 19.2 Amps under load. Pipeline integration relies on a 65 mm inlet and a 50 mm outlet flange.
Fluid momentum is guided by a centrifugal profile structured to reduce operational noise while sustaining smooth pressurized distribution. By managing directional water flow, the pump maintains steady velocity even when encountering varying network resistance across multiple building zones.
Formed from fabricated AISI 316 stainless steel, the primary fluid pathways endure thermal shifts from -25°C to +120°C. A cast iron motor adapter bracket and an industrial sealing matrix surround the rotational bearings to minimize friction-induced wear during continuous service.
FEATURES
- Industrial stub shaft extension aligns the rotating assembly during continuous mechanical strain
- Standardized extraction mechanics reduce site maintenance durations by keeping fixed pipes in place
- Flange-ready interfaces ensure integration with standard commercial isolation valves
- Ergonomic drain plugs facilitate controlled fluid evacuation during system maintenance procedures
- Class 155 (F) insulation protects the internal copper windings against operating heat generation
- Interchangeable sealing chamber accommodates various mechanical seals for specific facility fluids
- Thickened casing walls absorb the hydraulic shocks typical of centralized building grids

Under peak fluid demand, what maximum flow volume and discharge pipe dimensions does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump achieve?
Delivering into building service circuits, the NSCS50-160/110 achieves a peak delivery flow rate of approximately 1848 L/Min across DN 65 suction and DN 50 discharge flanged ports.
In aggressive liquid pumping, what alloy materials and mechanical face seals resist corrosion in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Configured against fluid chemical attack, the NSCS50-160-110 incorporates alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers and mechanical face seals to resist corrosive fluid attack.
What electrical motor power in kilowatts and operating supply voltage current draw power this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Supplied under nominal voltage supply, the NSCS50 160 110 draws 19.2 A through an electric motor rated at 11 kW (15.0 HP) operating on 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase.
Under standard operating conditions, what maximum working pressure in bar and temperature limits apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Engineered within approved operating limits, the NSCS50_160_110 operates with a maximum working pressure capability of 16 bar (PN 16) across liquid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
Through its hydraulic stages, what vertical elevation head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump deliver?
Overcoming in multi-story elevation loops, the NSCS50-160/110 delivers a maximum dynamic head rating of approximately 42.3 m to elevate fluid.
