Product Overview
Industrial water supply networks require consistent fluid transfer to maintain daily operations. The Lowara NSCS50-160/75 end-suction centrifugal pump is designed to integrate into commercial plumbing systems, providing steady hydraulic distribution.
Operating on a 415v three-phase supply, this unit features a 7.5 kW motor that draws a rated current of 14.2 Amps. It achieves a maximum head of approximately 32.7 m and delivers a peak flow capacity of 1500 L/Min. Installation is supported by standardized 65 mm suction and 50 mm discharge flanged connections.
The internal hydraulic design utilizes a closed impeller to regulate fluid acceleration and minimize intake turbulence. This configuration helps establish a predictable circulation rhythm, making it suitable for multi-branch plumbing arrays that demand stable pressure.
Wetted components are manufactured from fabricated AISI 316 stainless steel, allowing the pump to handle liquid temperatures ranging from -25°C to +120°C. The exterior chassis includes a sealed electrical enclosure and mechanical seal arrangements that protect the central rotating shaft from atmospheric moisture.
FEATURES
- Rigid close-coupled stub shaft mounting supports proper mechanical alignment under standard operational loads
- Back pull-out volute design allows internal component inspection without disconnecting adjacent pipework
- TEFC motor enclosure shields internal stator windings from ambient dust ingress
- Replaceable wear rings protect the primary hydraulic chamber from abrasive particulate damage
- Pre-drilled base supports enable vibration-minimizing anchoring to concrete foundational pads
- Galvanized carbon steel hardware secures the main casing to maintain structural stability
- Optimized discharge geometry limits internal friction to support overall mechanical efficiency

Across commercial water circuits, what maximum working pressure rating and fluid temperature apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Engineered across industrial piping systems, the NSCS50-160/75 provides a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) across certified temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.
How much dynamic lift head is achieved by this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump under full output?
Overcoming through distribution piping lines, the NSCS50-160-75 maintains a maximum dynamic head of approximately 32.7 m across vertical piping.
Through its outlet connection, what peak delivery volume and discharge port size are rated for this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Delivering through designated connection lines, the NSCS50 160 75 outputs a peak liquid flow volume of approximately 1500 L/Min through DN 65 suction and DN 50 discharge flanged ports.
To defend internal components, what alloy metallurgy and mechanical seals prevent corrosion in this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?
Configured for demanding fluid environments, the NSCS50_160_75 utilizes alloy construction of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers backed by mechanical face seals to prevent fluid corrosion.
How is this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump energized regarding motor kilowatt rating and electrical line voltage current?
Supplied from dedicated power supplies, the NSCS50-160/75 operates via an electric motor rated at 7.5 kW (10.0 HP) on a supply voltage of 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase at 14.2 A.
