Product Overview

Industrial process water handling requires consistent fluid transfer to maintain daily manufacturing operations. The Lowara NSCS50-200/185 end-suction unit is designed to integrate into commercial plumbing systems, ensuring stable hydraulic distribution across operational networks.

Operating on a 415v three-phase supply, this pump features an 18.5 kW motor that draws a rated current of 32.7 Amps. It achieves a maximum head of approximately 63.0 m and delivers a flow capacity of 1674 L/Min. Installation is supported by standardized 65 mm inlet and 50 mm outlet flanged connections.

Fluid momentum is guided by a centrifugal profile structured to reduce operational noise while sustaining smooth pressurized distribution. By managing directional water flow, the pump maintains steady velocity even when encountering varying system resistance across multiple processing zones.

Formed from fabricated AISI 316 stainless steel, the primary fluid pathways endure thermal shifts from -25°C to +120°C. A cast iron motor adapter bracket and an industrial sealing matrix surround the rotational bearings to minimize friction-induced wear during continuous service.

FEATURES

  • Industrial stub shaft extension aligns the rotating assembly during continuous mechanical strain
  • Standardized extraction mechanics reduce site maintenance durations by keeping fixed pipes in place
  • Flange-ready interfaces ensure integration with standard commercial isolation valves
  • Ergonomic drain plugs facilitate controlled fluid evacuation during system maintenance procedures
  • Interchangeable sealing chamber accommodates various mechanical seals for specific facility fluids
  • Thickened casing walls absorb the hydraulic shocks typical of centralized building grids
  • Optimized discharge geometry limits internal friction to support overall mechanical efficiency
