Product Overview

Large-scale commercial HVAC networks depend on continuous thermal fluid movement to maintain proper climate control. The Lowara NSCS65-125/92 serves as a mechanical driver for heating and air-conditioning circulation, ensuring stable liquid delivery throughout centralized facility systems.

This model provides a maximum flow rate of 2622 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of approximately 28.1 m. The 9.2 kW electric motor operates on a 415v three-phase grid, pulling 17.5 Amps under load. Pipeline integration relies on an 80 mm inlet and a 65 mm outlet flange.

Fluid momentum is guided by a centrifugal profile structured to reduce operational noise while sustaining smooth pressurized distribution. By managing directional water flow, the pump maintains steady velocity even when encountering varying network resistance across multiple building zones.

Formed from cast iron, the primary fluid pathways endure thermal shifts from -25°C to +120°C. A motor adapter bracket and an industrial sealing matrix surround the rotational bearings to minimize friction-induced wear during continuous service.

FEATURES

  • Industrial stub shaft extension aligns the rotating assembly during continuous mechanical strain
  • Standardized extraction mechanics reduce site maintenance durations by keeping fixed pipes in place
  • Flange-ready interfaces ensure integration with standard commercial isolation valves
  • Ergonomic drain plugs facilitate controlled fluid evacuation during system maintenance procedures
  • Class 155 (F) insulation protects the internal copper windings against operating heat generation
  • Interchangeable sealing chamber accommodates various mechanical seals for specific facility fluids
  • Thickened casing walls absorb the hydraulic shocks typical of centralized building grids

What alloy metallurgy and mechanical seal specifications safeguard this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump against corrosive fluid attack?

Crafted with corrosion-resistant alloy materials, the NSCS65-125/92 provides alloy metallurgy of cast iron casing with stainless steel closed impellers paired with mechanical seals to protect against corrosion.

Under industrial power distribution, what motor power in kilowatts and supply voltage current energize this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Connected by facility power panels, the NSCS65-125-92 incorporates an electric motor rated at 9.2 kW (12.5 HP) connecting to 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase with current feed of 17.5 A.

To ensure casing protection, what maximum working pressure limit in bar and temperature tolerances apply to this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump?

Tested under demanding fluid temperatures, the NSCS65 125 92 certifies a maximum working pressure rating of 16 bar (PN 16) with allowable fluid temperatures from -25°C to +120°C.

When discharging through vertical lines, what dynamic head does this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump achieve?

Rising across building service lines, the NSCS65_125_92 provides a peak dynamic lift head of approximately 28.1 m pushing water upward.

How many liters per minute of fluid volume can this flanged end-suction centrifugal pump discharge through its outlet port?

Feeding across facility piping networks, the NSCS65-125/92 supplies a maximum fluid delivery volume of approximately 2622 L/Min through DN 80 suction and DN 65 discharge flanged ports.
