Product Overview
As a premium borehole wet end, the Lowara 1GSL07 pump end is engineered to connect to a compatible 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) electric motor. This e-GS series component satisfies European Ecodesign efficiency standards with MEI above 0.40. Standard vertical well placement or horizontal deployment is possible.
A stainless steel pump sleeve and delivery port provide structural strength. The internal floating stack has 24 stages made from wear-resistant polymer. This hydraulic design handles suspended sand up to a maximum concentration of 150 grams per cubic meter of water.
Once paired with its designated 0.75 kW motor operating at 5.6 Amps on a 240 V single-phase source, the pump yields a maximum head of 140.0 m. It achieves a maximum flow of 22.5 L/Min through its Rp 1-1/4" (32 mm) outlet. System delivery remains stable under standard operating curves.
Maximum liquid temperature is specified for up to 35°C during active service. Submersion limit is 150 meters with 4OS motors and 300 meters with L4C motor options. Horizontal operation is possible with 4OS motors up to 2.2 kW and L4C motors up to 7.5 kW. The multi-stage design requires proper coupling with standard motors to maintain correct performance under standard system heads.
FEATURES

What diameter delivery outlet does this unit feature and what flow capacity is generated?
Riser lines attach securely to the 32 mm (Rp 1-1/4") discharge head, allowing the 1GS07 to generate a peak flow of approximately 22.5 L/Min inside standard 4-inch (100 mm) or larger borehole casings.
What metallurgy shields this submersible pump from harsh chemical and mineral conditions?
The rugged stainless-steel with floating impellers construction of the 1GS-07 guards against groundwater deterioration while managing suspended sand up to 150 g/m³.
What voltage supply and motor power rating are needed to run this submersible unit?
Driving the 1 GS 07 wet end demands a 0.75 kW motor powered by 220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase (with 380–415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase motor support also available).
Is an internal non-return valve fitted in the head and is horizontal operation permitted?
To avoid line drainage upon shutdown, the 1_GS_07 features an integrated stainless-steel non-return valve in the discharge head, with horizontal mounting supported at a minimum recommended 3° incline with the motor lowest and a cooling sleeve.
How deep below ground level can this submersible unit lift water to the surface?
Operating across vertical well columns, the 1GS07 achieves a peak dynamic head of approximately 140.0 m, ensuring dependable water delivery to surface storage.
