Automatic site water pressure and high-head irrigation are the primary service duties for this three-phase system. It combines the self-priming jet pump with the SW66 injector, a high-head injector configuration designed for applications where discharge pressure takes priority over maximum flow, and the ECL22 electronic controller to create a complete self-managing pressure system for commercial rural properties.

Driven by a 1.5 kW three-phase 415V motor, the unit operates with a rated current of 3.5 Amps per phase. Hydraulic performance is defined by a maximum head of up to 69 m and delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 67 L/Min. The CJ range is available with the EC22, ECS and ECL22 electric controllers. This specific model is factory supplied with the ECL22 controller, featuring a 22 m cut-in setting and a larger 1¼ inch connection to reduce flow restriction.

The SW66 injector works with the jet and venturi system to increase discharge pressure. The ECL22 1¼ inch controller provides significantly less flow restriction compared to the standard 1-inch EC22 or adjustable ECS switches, preserving the high discharge pressure generated by the SW66 injector in larger sites.

Mechanical durability is provided by a solid cast iron pump body and a unique double race bearing system that shares mechanical loads across dual bearing rows. The three-phase motor includes a stainless steel shaft and TEFC protection for reliable operation in outdoor environments. The unit is rated for liquid temperatures up to 65°C and includes a 2-year Orange Pumps warranty.
