Automatic water transfer and livestock trough supply are the primary service duties for this high-performance pressure system. It combines the self-priming jet pump with the SW47 injector, a balanced injector configuration suited to both pressure and flow, and the ECL22 electronic controller to create a complete self-managing pressure system for rural property water supply.

Operating on a 240V single-phase supply, the 1.1 kW motor delivers a flow rate of up to 122 L/Min and reaches a maximum head of up to 43 m. The CJ range is available with the EC22, ECS and ECL22 electric controllers. This specific model is factory supplied with the ECL22 controller, featuring a 22 m cut-in setting and a larger 1¼ inch connection to reduce flow restriction.

The SW47 injector works with the jet and venturi assembly to increase discharge pressure while effectively purging air from the casing. The ECL22 controller is designed for less flow restriction, allowing the pump to maintain higher discharge velocities and better efficiency during transfer. The controller provides integrated run-dry protection and a 24-hour automatic restart function to reset the system after supply interruptions.

Construction includes a solid cast iron pump body and a unique double race bearing system that protects the motor from axial forces during rapid cycling. The electronic switch features a dual voltage circuit board with high tolerance to surges and spikes, making it suitable for sites with fluctuating power. The entire assembly is rated for liquids up to 65°C and is backed by a 2-year Orange Pumps warranty.
