High-capacity tank filling and rural water transfer are the intended applications for this three-phase self-priming jet pump, supplied with the SW38 injector, a high-flow injector configuration designed for maximum water volume. It is engineered for agricultural facilities where a 415V power supply is available for stable and efficient water management.

Driven by a 1.5 kW three-phase 415V motor, the unit operates with a low rated current draw of 3.5 Amps per phase. Hydraulic performance reaches a maximum flow rate of up to 172 L/Min and provides a maximum head of up to 45 m. This three-phase configuration ensures consistent power delivery and enhanced motor efficiency for large-scale rural distribution tasks.

The SW38 injector works with the jet and venturi system to maximise water volume while maintaining efficient self-priming performance, supported by a large oval casing that holds sufficient water to quickly purge air from suction lines. The uniquely shaped hydraulic components ensure that high flow rates are maintained even when drawing from varied surface water depths.

Construction features a solid cast iron body and a unique double race bearing system designed for extended mechanical longevity. The three-phase motor housing is engineered for low operating temperatures and features TEFC protection against environmental elements. The pump is rated for liquid temperatures up to 65°C and includes a 2-year Orange Pumps warranty.
