Tank filling and automatic water transfer are the intended applications for this three-phase pressure system. It combines the self-priming jet pump with the SW38 injector, a high-flow injector configuration designed for maximum water volume, and the ECL22 electronic controller to create a complete self-managing pressure system for agricultural properties requiring a 415V supply.

Powered by a 1.5 kW three-phase 415V motor, the unit draws a rated current of 3.5 Amps per phase. Hydraulic performance reaches a maximum flow rate of up to 172 L/Min and provides a maximum head of up to 45 m. The CJ range is available with the EC22, ECS and ECL22 electric controllers. This specific model is factory supplied with the ECL22 controller, featuring a 22 m cut-in setting and a larger 1¼ inch connection to reduce flow restriction.

The SW38 injector works with the jet and venturi system to maximise water volume while maintaining efficient self-priming performance. The ECL22 1¼ inch controller is essential for maximising the high-volume water throughput of the SW38 injector in three-phase sites. The controller also features integrated run-dry protection and a 24-hour restart function to maintain constant site productivity.

Construction features include a solid cast iron body and a unique double race bearing system to manage the high torque and axial forces of three-phase operation. The three-phase motor is engineered for low operating temperatures and features TEFC protection against moisture and dust. The entire system is rated for liquids up to 65°C and includes a 2-year Orange Pumps warranty.

    FEATURES

    • Heavy-duty 1.5 kW three-phase 415V motor provides high torque and electrical efficiency for bulk water management.
    • Heavy-duty 1¼ inch ECL22 electric controller reduces flow restriction to optimise the high-volume delivery of the pump system.
    • Integrated cut-in and cut-off functionality enables fully automatic operation for commercial rural tanks and irrigation arrays.
    • Integrated run-dry protection safeguards the internal rotating components by automatically stopping the pump if water is empty.
    • Smart 24-hour restart function ensures consistent site water availability by automatically repriming after power or supply loss.
    • Heavy-duty double race bearing technology provides enhanced support for the motor shaft, significantly extending overall service life.
    • Structural cast iron housing offers a rugged and rust-resistant platform capable of withstanding agricultural service.
    • TEFC motor enclosure prevents ingress from environmental contaminants, ensuring internal components remain protected in outdoor sites.
