Product Overview
Addressing the demands of heavy fluid management, the DOC7 Sump Pump (No Float) provides a direct mechanical solution. Configured for passive installations without an automated float switch, this unit integrates into external control panels. Operating on a robust three-phase 415v circuit, the drive draws 1.63 Amps to maintain reliable extraction.
Routing liquids through the volute, the system generates a maximum flow of 225 L/Min. The three-phase 0.55 kW motor pushes extracted fluid vertically, achieving a 10.8 meter max head. Wastewater is expedited outward through a 32 mm threaded discharge port, ensuring rapid draining of flooded basements or holding tanks.
Formed to withstand underwater exposure, the housing utilizes 304 Stainless Steel and Noryl polymers to resist abrasive elements. This layout minimizes degradation while holding a 6 kg net weight. The semi-open impeller is engineered to process suspended solid debris up to 10mm in diameter without causing structural blockages inside the main unit.
Engineered to support sustained performance, the dry motor relies entirely on the pumped liquid to manage internal temperatures. Utilizing the fluid medium as a cooling agent, it disperses thermal energy beneath the maximum 40°C limit. Supplied without a standard power plug, the assembly allows technicians to hardwire the system securely.
