Product Overview
Residential secondary sanitary hot water loops requiring medium-to-high head thresholds are effectively served by the Lowara TLCN 20-6. This wet rotor circulator pump provides reliable hot water circulation in domestic systems where higher head capability is required for longer recirculation circuits.
Three speed manual selection allows performance optimisation across varying system requirements. On 240 V single-phase supply at Speed 2, the pump consumes 65 W drawing 0.28 A. Maximum head is approximately 5.1 m with flow reaching 60 L/Min at the rated operating condition.
The stainless steel pump body offers corrosion resistance for potable water applications, while the composite material impeller delivers efficient hydraulic performance. Ceramic axial and radial bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid, and the ceramic wear ring provides enhanced wear resistance. The single-phase motor incorporates an integrated axial terminal box for simplified electrical connection.
Installation is suitable for horizontal or vertical piping with motor axis horizontal. Threaded connections are available in multiple sizes including 1", 1"1/4, and 1"1/2 configurations. Liquid temperature capability ranges from +2°C to +110°C with recommended maximum of 65°C for sanitary applications. Maximum operating pressure is 10 bar PN10 with insulation class 180 (H).

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
