Product Overview
Engineered for high-resistance flanged applications, the Grundfos MAGNA1 32-100 F circulator pump delivers variable circulation for primary boiler loops, multi-floor heating risers, and commercial heat recovery networks. It automatically adjusts speed to deliver proper flow balance across the system.
An EN-GJL-200 cast iron casing with a 220 mm port-to-port dimension encases a composite impeller and maintenance-free canned rotor motor. Rated for 10 bar working pressure and liquid temperatures from -10°C to 110°C, the complete pump assembly weighs 7.44 kg.
The single-phase 230-240 V ECM motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 8 W to 175 W and operates between 8 W and a maximum electrical power input (P1) of 175 W at 1.41 A. Output metrics achieve a flow rate of 5.60 m³/h (93 L/Min) with a maximum head of 10 m connected via DN 32 DIN flanged pipe ports.
A single push-button on the front panel configures nine operational modes covering proportional, constant pressure, and fixed speed curves. The unit features an EEI rating of 0.20, IPX4D splash-proof protection, Class F insulation, and built-in fault signal monitoring.
