Product Overview
With a 50 mm nominal bore, the Grundfos MAGNA1 50-60 F circulator pump delivers energy-efficient variable circulation for commercial primary boiler loops, secondary cooling headers, and large air handler coils. Its integrated frequency converter automatically adjusts motor rpm based on system valve movement.
A 240 mm port-to-port casing made from EN-GJL-200 cast iron houses a composite impeller, stainless rotor cladding, and maintenance-free canned rotor motor. Built for 10 bar working pressure, it handles circulating temperatures between -10°C and 110°C, with a total net weight of 17.4 kg.
The single-phase 230-240 V ECM motor has a maximum power input (P1) of 21 W to 252 W with electrical power input (P1) operating from 21 W up to a peak of 252 W at 1.15 A maximum current. Output metrics achieve a flow rate of 14.74 m³/h (246 L/Min) against a maximum head of 3.748 m across DN 50 DIN flanged pipe ports.
Nine selectable control modes cover proportional pressure, constant pressure, and fixed speed curves for straightforward hydronic balancing. Ingress protection is certified to IPX4D with Class F insulation, an EEI of 0.19, and an integrated fault signal relay.
