Product Overview
Analyzing advanced internal fluid velocity pathways accurately reveals the true extraction efficiency of modern industrial water management networks. Utilizing optimized hydraulic pathways, the Grundfos SE1.100.100.75.4.50B.B operates as a high-capacity non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal pump designed for handling wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage.
Exceptional thermodynamic stability across the primary internal volute is actively governed by the revolutionary S-TUBE impeller layout, powerfully propelling heavy media seamlessly without the continuous risk of structural jamming. This sophisticated hydraulic engine actively prevents microscopic pressure warping, safely escorting immense fluid volumes through the extraction corridor without unnecessary friction.
Supported by a meticulously calibrated 7.5 kW power plant securely wired to a strict 3-phase 415v electrical infrastructure, the heavy-duty unit easily produces an outstanding maximum head of approximately 18.6 m. Simultaneously, it actively manages an approximate maximum fluid flow metric of 4866 L/Min, shifting liquid smoothly between its asymmetrical 150 mm inlet and 100 mm exhaust connection ports.
Recognizing the highly critical nature of commercial facility uptime, seasoned engineers integrated a fully liquidless, maintenance-free cooling network perfectly designed for versatile dry or flooded pit deployments. A highly intuitive stainless-steel clamp assembling framework decisively guarantees that on-site technicians can swiftly detach the primary motor to gain rapid component access without dismantling tools.
