Product Overview
Neutralizing excessive long-term operational costs requires the strategic field integration of unyielding fluid management hardware inside commercial facilities. Operating with absolute mechanical precision, the Grundfos SE1.100.150.40.4.50B.B serves as a specialized non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal pump designed for handling wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage.
Heavily fortified by an incredibly dense cast iron exterior casing, this industrial-grade unit aggressively combats the severe mechanical wear constantly brought on by prolonged exposure to raw effluents. This uncompromising metallic vault completely deflects the violent physical shocks experienced during rapid flow state changes, actively shielding the internal electromechanical elements from continuous abrasive friction.
By expertly incorporating a highly optimized S-TUBE impeller configuration, the primary internal volute safely guarantees the completely free spherical passage of dense suspended solids. Supported by a robust 4 kW drive connected directly to a strict 3-phase 415v infrastructure, the heavy unit dynamically generates a maximum head of approximately 10.9 m alongside an approximate continuous flow volume of 3864 L/Min via huge 150 mm tracks.
Entirely eliminating the fundamental core need for constant on-site visual supervision, this industrial mechanism flawlessly integrates a specialized maintenance-free liquidless cooling network suited for permanently dry or completely submerged deployments. A unique stainless-steel clamp assembling protocol smoothly allows maintenance technicians to detach the primary motor effortlessly, successfully avoiding extensive equipment delays.
