Product Overview

Large-scale stormwater drainage and wastewater collection in municipal environments require high-performance assets like the SE1.110.200.170.4.52M.N.51D.A.T Submersible Wastewater Pump. This cast iron unit manages surface water and contaminated effluent within a liquid temperature range of 10°C to 40°C. Maintaining structural integrity during continuous duty is essential for facility maintenance and municipal infrastructure protection. It is intended for submerged or dry installation in aggressive environments where consistent liquid movement is required for property protection and network stability.

Hydraulic capacity is driven by a 17 kW four-pole motor operating on a 415v three-phase supply with a rated current of 36 Amps. This configuration generates a maximum flow of 7500 L/min and achieves a maximum head of 19 m to satisfy high-volume discharge requirements. The motor operates at 1480 rpm and utilizes a star-delta starting method to manage peak electrical loads during initial activation. Power is distributed through a 15-metre S1BN8-F power cable to facilitate deployment in deep subsurface wastewater handling pits and collection stations across municipal networks.

Internal fluid pathways utilize a high-efficiency S-TUBE impeller to enable the passage of solids up to 110 mm without internal contact. This specialized hydraulic configuration provides high clog resistance and ensures reliable wastewater transfer during intensive service. By enabling the free passage of suspended solids through the housing, the unit maintains volumetric throughput throughout its service life. This impeller setup is specifically engineered for high-capacity liquid handling where durability is critical for system reliability in civil works and treatment plant duties.

Mechanical construction features a heavy-duty cast iron body and motor shell with an IP68 protection rating for depths up to 20 m and an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 40°C. Long-term reliability is anchored by a double mechanical shaft seal featuring silicon carbide faces in an oil bath to shield the motor from liquid ingress. Integrated thermistors and moisture sensors enable proactive monitoring of the Class H insulated motor assembly. This pump features a 360 kg net weight and includes standardized DN 200 inlet and DN 200 outlet connections for high-capacity infrastructure.
