Product Overview
Efficient wastewater handling in large-scale drainage networks requires high-performance assets like the SE1.85.150.150.4.52H.N.51D.A.T Submersible Wastewater Pump. This cast iron unit handles contaminated liquids within a liquid temperature range of 10°C to 40°C, supporting infrastructure protection in municipal and industrial complexes. The heavy-duty design facilitates permanent submerged service while maintaining high volumetric throughput in aggressive environments. It is intended for lift stations and treatment plants requiring reliable wastewater transfer across varying liquid levels and an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 40°C.
Technical capacity is driven by a 15 kW four-pole motor operating on a 415v three-phase supply with a rated current of 29 Amps. This configuration generates a maximum flow of 4986 L/min and achieves a maximum head of 25 m to satisfy high-volume discharge requirements. The motor operates at 1480 rpm and utilizes a star-delta starting method to manage peak electrical loads during initial activation. Power is distributed through a 15-metre power cable to facilitate deployment in subsurface wastewater handling pits and collection stations prone to consistent ingress.
Internal fluid pathways utilize an S-TUBE impeller configuration to facilitate the passage of solids up to 85 mm without internal contact. This hydraulic design ensures high efficiency and reliable wastewater transfer, reducing the risk of internal blockages during continuous duty in municipal networks. The S-TUBE impeller is engineered for durability, maintaining volumetric efficiency throughout thousands of operating hours in aggressive fluids. This configuration is specifically intended for grey water and sewage handling where system reliability is critical for infrastructure maintenance and facility protection.
Mechanical integrity is reinforced by a heavy-duty cast iron housing and an IP68 protection rating for depths up to 20 m. Reliability is anchored by a double mechanical shaft seal with silicon carbide faces in an oil bath to protect the motor from liquid ingress. This model includes integrated thermistors and moisture sensors for proactive monitoring of the Class H insulated motor assembly. Standardized DN 150 inlet and DN 150 outlet connections allow for standardized integration into municipal wastewater and civil drainage pipework across high-capacity networks.
