Built for municipal wastewater pumping, the Grundfos SL1.50.80.22.2.50B.C is a submersible pump certified under CE EN12050-2 for permanent installation in wet wells and basins. This model is intended for the drainage and transfer of untreated wastewater in civil and industrial networks.
A 2.2 kW 2-pole motor powers the unit at 2900 rpm on a 3 x 415V supply with a rated current of 4.7 Amps. It achieves a maximum flow up to 1248 L/min and a maximum head up to 17.5 m. The motor is designed for continuous S1 duty in untreated wastewater at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. The motor is cooled by the surrounding pumped liquid during normal submerged operation.
The S-tube impeller provides a 50 mm free passage for untreated wastewater containing solids while helping reduce the risk of clogging. Connection sizes include a DN 65 inlet and a DN 80 (3") outlet with DIN flange standards. This configuration supports consistent fluid discharge in municipal wastewater piping systems.
Construction features an EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump housing and motor casing. The shaft is protected by a double mechanical SIC/SIC seal arrangement in an oil chamber. Protection includes moisture sensors and winding-embedded thermal switches for motor monitoring, along with a 10-metre 07RN8-F power cable and an IP68 enclosure rating. The pump is suitable for installation depths up to 7 metres.

- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
