Municipal lift stations and wastewater handling are the primary applications for the Grundfos SL1.80.100.22.4.50B.C. Certified under CE EN12050-1, this submersible pump is designed for permanent installation in basins and wet wells. It is intended for conveying raw effluents containing large solids in high-volume municipal environments.
The model features a 2.2 kW 4-pole motor operating at 1462 rpm on a 3 x 415V supply with a rated current of 5.4 Amps. It provides a maximum head up to 11.4 m and maximum flow up to 2334 L/min. The motor is designed for continuous S1 submerged service in liquids between 0°C and 40°C. The motor is cooled by the surrounding pumped liquid during normal submerged operation.
The S-tube impeller is designed for untreated wastewater containing solids up to 80 mm while helping reduce the risk of clogging. The hydraulic design features a DN 100 inlet and a DN 100 (4") outlet with DIN flange connections. This single-vane design supports consistent fluid transfer in municipal collection networks.
Built with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump housing and motor casing, the unit includes a double mechanical SIC/SIC seal arrangement. Integrated moisture sensors are used for seal and motor monitoring. Protection also includes thermal switches in the windings, 10 metres of 07RN8-F power cable, and an IP68 enclosure rating. The pump is suitable for installation depths up to 7 metres.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
