Municipal wastewater transport is the primary application for the Grundfos SL1.80.100.75.4.50B.C, a submersible pump certified under CE EN12050-1. This cast iron unit is intended for permanent installation in civil infrastructure and is suitable for wet wells where untreated wastewater containing large solids must be conveyed effectively.
The pump features a 7.5 kW 4-pole motor running at 1462 rpm on a 3 x 415V supply with a rated current of 14.4 Amps. It achieves a maximum flow up to 3300 L/min and maximum head up to 23.2 m. The motor is designed for continuous S1 submerged service in untreated wastewater between 0°C and 40°C. The motor is cooled by the surrounding pumped liquid during normal submerged operation.
An S-tube impeller provides an 80 mm free passage for untreated wastewater containing solids while helping reduce the risk of clogging. It utilises a DN 100 inlet and a 4" (100 mm) outlet with DIN flange connections. This single-vane hydraulic path facilitates the transfer of raw effluents in high-volume municipal networks.
Built with an EN-GJL-250 cast iron pump housing and motor casing, the unit includes a double SIC/SIC mechanical shaft seal arrangement. Integrated PTC sensors and moisture sensors are used for seal and motor monitoring. Stator protection includes winding-embedded thermal switches, 10 metres of LYNIFLEX cable, and an IP68 rating. The pump is suitable for installation depths up to 7 metres.

Warranty & Returns
All products supplied by Foundation Pumps are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Some brands may offer longer manufacturer warranties. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Products must be installed correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, dry running, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or damage caused by external factors.
- Proof of purchase, photos, videos and installation details may be requested when assessing a warranty claim.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to Foundation Pumps or the nominated service centre unless otherwise agreed.
- Removal, reinstallation, labour and associated site costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the product is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return freight costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Restocking fees may apply to special-order, bulky or non-stocked products.
- Used, installed or specially ordered products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Foundation Pumps as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
