Puretec PL935MP2 Pleated Sediment MaxiPlus 0.35 Micron 4.5" x 20" Water Filter Cartridge

Combining a large MaxiPlus diameter with a long 20-inch frame, the high-capacity Puretec PL935MP2 is suitable for demanding industrial pre-filtration. This model targets micro-fine sediment with nominal 0.35-micron precision, keeping downstream membranes safe. It is suitable for MaxiPlus filter housings and connects to high-flow commercial pipes.

For materials, the filter utilizes fine-grade non-woven polyester fabric sheets folded into a high-density wide pleated structure. This pleated media surrounds a solid central polypropylene core that provides structural stiffness in high-flow pipelines. The top and bottom ends are sealed in thermo-setting vinyl plastisol PVC to block water bypass.

This cartridge has physical measurements of 4.5 inches by 20 inches and features a nominal rating of 0.35 microns. It incorporates more than 16 square feet (1.48 square meters) of active pleated media to catch incoming particulates. The structural overlap seam is sonically welded, which blocks internal water bypass and increases physical capture efficiency.

This model features a maximum flow capacity of 160 L/Min, providing filtration with low resistance. The rated operating temperature bounds are 4.4°C to 51.7°C (40°F to 125°F). Built with washable synthetic media, the cartridge features a reusable design, enabling cleaning between service runs to reduce costs.
