The Puretec BoreSafe BE-BLAST98 is a high-strength chemical cleaning solution formulated to remove severe iron build-up from bore water systems, pumps and pipework. Supplied as powerful granular concentrate, it is specifically designed for bores that have not been regularly maintained or contain high levels of iron contamination that restrict water flow and reduce system performance.

When dissolved and circulated through the bore, the BLAST98 formula breaks down hardened iron deposits, slime and staining that accumulate over time. By dissolving these incrustations, the cleaner restores flow capacity, improves water quality and reduces strain on pumps and infrastructure. The product is engineered to be highly effective while protecting metallic components during the cleaning process.

BLAST98 is approximately 20 times stronger than the standard BoreSafe BLAST5 formula, making it suitable for heavily fouled bores or long-term neglect conditions. In addition to internal bore cleaning, it can also remove iron staining from masonry surfaces such as brick and concrete.
