The AstralPool Halo Chlor 18g brings together sanitiser generation, smart connectivity and automation-ready control in a single platform, making it easier to manage everyday pool care without constantly visiting the equipment pad.

Operation centres around a large touchscreen interface that presents settings and status information through a straightforward menu structure. The same functions are available through the Halo App, creating a familiar experience whether adjustments are made at the controller or from a mobile device. Bluetooth provides local connectivity, while Wi-Fi extends access for remote monitoring and control whenever pool conditions need checking.

The system forms part of the wider Halo ecosystem, allowing compatible devices to communicate through Halo Connect for expanded automation capability. When optional sensors are installed, Chem Control functionality can assist with maintaining balanced water conditions by providing additional monitoring and management capabilities. Compatibility with Viron Connect also allows the chlorinator to become part of a broader connected pool equipment setup.

Producing up to 18 grams of chlorine per hour, the unit is suitable for residential pools up to 50,000 litres in cooler climates or 40,000 litres in warmer conditions. Operation is supported across salt levels from 3,000 to 8,000 ppm, with 4,000 ppm recommended for normal use. The package includes the power pack, reverse polarity cell, mounting bracket and owner's manual.
