With a maximum head of 57.5 m and flow capacity of 6600 L/min, the Grundfos S1.80.125.400.4.62H.C.374.G.N.D.513GPA submersible sewage pump is suited to wastewater, process water and unscreened raw sewage transfer. The Variant C cooling jacket enables continuous submerged operation at depths up to 20 m in municipal collection and industrial effluent applications.
Power comes from a 43 kW motor (P2) operating at 1464 rpm from a 415 V three-phase supply, drawing 86 A with 89% efficiency at both full and 3/4 load. The 374 mm impeller delivers the specified head and flow characteristics, with DN125 outlet and DN80 inlet connections carrying a PN10 pressure rating.
Hydraulic performance is achieved through a 1-channel cast iron impeller with 80 mm free passage, with the impeller diameter and channel configuration matched to the H lifting height class requirements of this Range 62 model. The single-channel design provides stable hydraulic behaviour across the operating range.
Cast iron construction with IP68 enclosure and Class F insulation provides submerged durability, while the primary silicon carbide and secondary silicon carbide-carbon shaft seals prevent liquid ingress. Integrated moisture sensors are fitted as standard, with the pump supplied on 15 m of H07RN-F AT cable and supporting Star/Delta starting.
