Onga 5PP20BB Pleated Polyester Sediment 5 Micron 4.5" x 20" Replacement Cartridge

Elongated to fit high-flow residential systems, this pleated polyester cartridge is suitable for point-of-entry sediment reduction. It is designed for installation inside 20-inch Big Blue filter housings, including the Stage 1 of UV7505.

Created from washable polyester media with vinyl plastisol end caps, the construction features a pleated surface area to maximize particulate holding capacity. The physical dimensions measure a nominal 20 by 4.5 inches. Polypropylene core support provides structural integrity under water pressure.

Hydraulic testing indicates an pressure drop of under 1 psi at a test flow rate of 76 Lpm, showcasing high-flow efficiency under test conditions. The cartridge is rated at a nominal 5-micron filtration level, trapping suspended solids, rust flakes, silt, sand, and fine clay.
