Onga BHML002 Electronic UV Ballast & Smart Controller Replacement Module

Intelligent electronic control defines this UV lamp ballast, suitable for point-of-entry whole-house water purification assemblies. It is designed for installation as an integrated control module on Pentair UV55 and UV75 systems, providing power supply regulation and continuous status monitoring for the UVC disinfection emitter tube.

Displaying real-time operational data, the digital display counter default screen shows the remaining number of lamp life days. A short press of the enter button displays the accumulated ballast operating hours, counting up from 0 to 9,999 hours. The ballast operates on an input electrical supply of 110 to 240V AC at 50/60Hz, supporting a rated lamp power of 48 to 95W.

Equipped with an audible buzzer alarm, the controller alerts the end user when the UV lamp has reached the end of its operational life. The alarm can be silenced for 7 days by holding the enter button down for 2 to 5 seconds. The display screen defaults to a green color during normal operation and changes to red when a lamp-life error occurs.

Monitoring ambient operating limits, the ballast is rated for installation in surrounding air temperatures from 2 to 49°C. The ballast casing must be grounded to avoid potential electrical shock hazards. If the power cord or the ballast casing is damaged, the complete ballast unit must be replaced immediately.
