Onga DFXCB20BB Diamond Flow Dual-Purpose Carbon Block 10 Micron 4.5" x 20" Replacement Cartridge

Dual-purpose sediment filtration and carbon block treatment are combined in this elongated cartridge, suitable for point-of-entry high-flow water purification. It is designed for installation inside 20-inch Big Blue filter housings, including the Stage 2 of UV7501.

Hybrid construction features a polypropylene polyspun outer sediment wrap surrounding a traditional extruded carbon block core. Sized for whole-house housing sumps, the physical dimensions are 4.63 inches in outer diameter by 20.035 inches in length (117.6 mm by 508.89 mm). The cartridge includes polypropylene end caps and gaskets.

Tested performance demonstrates twice the resistance to particulate plugging compared to standard carbon block cartridges. Sourced technical tables specify an initial pressure drop of 1.0 psi at an initial test flow rate of 15.14 Lpm. The cartridge is rated at a nominal 10-micron level, operating on cold water lines at temperatures up to 51.7 degrees Celsius.
