Onga RFC10BB Radial Flow Granular Carbon 20 Micron 4.5" x 10" Replacement Cartridge

Radial flow carbon filtration technology allows this cartridge to reduce chemical contaminants with minimal water pressure loss. It is designed for installation inside 10-inch Big Blue filter housings, including the Stage 2 of UV5510.

Polyethylene porous outer shell measuring 70 microns surrounds a central bed of granular activated carbon and a spun polypropylene core. The physical dimensions are specified as a nominal 10 by 4.5 inches. Solid end caps support the radial structure.

Pressure drop under testing conditions is rated at 0.90 psi at a test flow rate of 7.6 Lpm, showcasing high-flow hydraulic efficiency. The radial flow design reduces the release of carbon fines into the filtered water supply compared to standard granular activated carbon cartridges. It operates at temperatures up to 51.7°C.
